- Intraoral 3D scannerA small camera records the teeth and gums and creates a precise three-dimensional model within minutes. We plan veneers, crowns and aligners on this model, and you see on screen exactly what we see.
- Digital X-rayA digital sensor provides a clear image of individual teeth immediately, with a low radiation dose. We can enlarge the image on screen and look at filling and crown margins and roots together with you.
- CBCT three-dimensional imagingCBCT shows bone, roots and neighbouring structures in three dimensions. For implants at the front of the smile it shows the thickness of the bone and helps place the implant where it can support a natural-looking crown.

Answers before your first conversation
The most common questions about veneers, whitening, implants, payment and travelling from abroad.
Preparing teeth for veneers is done under local anaesthetic, so during the procedure patients usually feel only pressure and vibration. With minimally invasive veneers, anaesthetic is sometimes not needed at all. After bonding, teeth may be more sensitive to cold for a few days, depending on the clinical findings.
At the front of the smile, a natural look depends on the amount of bone and gum, the implant position and the shade of the crown. That is why we plan the implant around the future tooth and, where needed, regenerate tissue. We can only give realistic expectations after a CBCT scan and examination.
For most ceramic veneers a thin layer of enamel is removed, often less than a millimetre, and sometimes preparation is minimal or unnecessary. The amount depends on the position of the teeth and the desired change, so an in-mouth trial helps keep the intervention as small as possible. We decide after the examination.
Yes, teeth can be moved at any age as long as the gums and bone are healthy. Aligners suit many cases of crowding and spacing, while some more complex bites require braces or combined treatment. We make a recommendation after the examination and digital impression.
